Our goal for this re-enactment of a small portion of this withdrawal serves three purposes,

• To raise money to preserve precious historical sites on Wildcat Mountain, the scene of its own battle in 1861, as well as a crucial and climatic role in the withdraw from Perryville

• To provide re-enactors a unique opportunity to ride, march, and fight over ten miles of actual battlefield.

• To provide experience for the organizers to possibly host a bigger event in 2008.

The suggested donation for this ride is $10 per participant.
